Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinical Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop a compliant array of MSK interventions that can be integrated into digital and virtual platforms.

• Test and refine the program design to enhance member engagement and graduation rates.

• Proactively reach out to identified members who have qualifying MSK conditions.

• Effectively promote the MSK intervention and guide members through the clinical process.

• Offer members anticipatory guidance both initially and on an ongoing basis.

• Collaborate with both internal and external providers to promote the MSK program and coordinate care.

• Identify any requirements for clinical escalation and connect with the appropriate resources.

• Monitor program KPIs and implement improvements in areas that are underperforming.

• Act on identified opportunities for expanding the clinical model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate in physical therapy with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

• Experience in managing other clinicians and/or overseeing clinical programs is preferred.
