Multimedia Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Produce high-quality videos and branded visuals utilizing Premiere/After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, transforming briefs into completed content for digital, training, and marketing purposes.

• Assist in both video editing and graphic design tasks, with an estimated distribution of 30% for Video Projects and 70% for Graphic Design.

• Create a diverse range of marketing materials, including flyers, digital banners, email assets, presentations, promotional items, and branded documents.

• Follow creative briefs, integrate stakeholder feedback, and oversee multiple editing projects until completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

• Capability to produce professional video content for digital, marketing, training, and internal communications.

• Proven experience in editing raw footage, recorded presentations, webinars, interviews, and screen recordings into cohesive, engaging, and refined final videos.

• Skill in reviewing long-form content to extract key messages and eliminate unnecessary sections while preserving logical flow and viewer engagement.

• Experience in creating professional videos with titles and text overlays, captions and subtitles, lower thirds, basic motion graphics and animations, professional transitions, intro and outro sequences, and branded graphic elements.

• Proficiency in exporting and optimizing videos for various digital platforms while ensuring brand consistency.

• Ability to blend video footage with images, graphics, animations, and stock footage to produce enticing marketing content.

• Basic audio editing skills, including removing background noise, adjusting audio levels, enhancing voice clarity, and syncing audio with video.

• Strong grasp of video structure, pacing, and storytelling to deliver content that is clear, professional, and easy to follow.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat for developing supporting marketing materials when video projects are not the primary focus.

• Ability to prepare artwork for both digital and print applications, ensuring files are correctly formatted and production-ready.
