Multimedia Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Video Production: Editing and producing content for YouTube and social media with an emphasis on clarity, engagement, and retention.

• Motion & Visual Content: Designing motion graphics, animations, and visual elements for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, which includes infographics and supplementary visuals.

• Content Execution Across Formats: Realizing ideas across social media, advertisements, websites, and other digital channels, while adapting content into various formats and iterations.

• Iteration & Improvement: Enhancing and perfecting content based on feedback and performance metrics, continuously optimizing output over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• SaaS / Agency / content-driven experience: You possess the ability to create content that effectively communicates value.

• Strong video instincts: You have a good grasp of hooks, pacing, and the elements that maintain viewer interest.

• Multi-format creator: You are adept at working with video, motion, and static assets as required.

• Understand Direct Response: You can distinguish the visual differences between "Brand Awareness" and "Conversion."
