Multimedia Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create graphic materials, multimedia content, and interactive experiences for corporate training, utilizing diverse formats and platforms.

• Translate complex content into clear, attractive, and effective visual solutions in collaboration with instructional design teams.

• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines, internal standards, and accessibility requirements.

• Develop highly impactful PowerPoint presentations featuring modern designs and interactive elements.

• Produce layouts, animations, videos, and visual materials using tools from the Adobe Suite.

• Create and edit videos, including motion graphics, utilizing stock images and innovative AI solutions.

• Develop e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and similar platforms.

• Manage multiple projects independently from conception to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.

• Stay updated with design trends, new technologies, and digital accessibility practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.

• Consistent portfolio showcasing experience in corporate projects.

• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign).

• Experience with e-learning tools (Storyline, Rise, or similar).

• Advanced skills in creating strategic and visual presentations in PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with tools like Leonardo AI, Envato, and Runway will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to balance creativity, functionality, and brand alignment.

• Knowledge of accessible design and accessibility standards (a plus).

• Excellent organizational skills, prioritization ability, and a focus on results.
