This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Handle questions, complaints, and requests for information.
• Ensure customer files are monitored and updated regularly.
• Provide appropriate solutions and foster customer loyalty.
• Adhere to internal procedures and quality standards.
• Redirect complex inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Proficiency at level C1 or native in German OR Italian OR Polish OR French OR Dutch (Mandatory).
• Intermediate English level, B2 minimum (Required).
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule: 5 days a week, 2 days off, with flexible hours, including some Saturdays and Sundays (Mandatory).
• Must reside in Portugal and be willing to work remotely.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required (Required).
• Commitment to a minimum duration of 6 months (Mandatory).
• Must possess a passport/ID card from a European Union country or a specific work permit for the country of employment (Mandatory).
• Comfort with computers is appreciated.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, reception, support, or customer contact is appreciated.
