Multifamily/Bond Credit Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in financing products and transactions related to multifamily housing.

• Oversee and liaise with external legal counsel.

• Offer transactional assistance and strategic legal advice.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams and clients to enhance financing and product initiatives.

• Recognize legal and transactional risks and provide guidance to stakeholders as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in municipal finance, public finance, or a related field involving transactional finance.

• Familiarity with bond credit enhancement transactions.

• Background in municipal finance and/or multifamily housing finance.

• Juris Doctor degree or its equivalent and a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
