This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee cases independently from initial intake to final resolution.
• Formulate and implement legal strategies informed by factual investigation and legal analysis.
• Maintain substantive communication with:
• Courts and administrative agencies.
• Clients and financial institutions.
• Opposing counsel.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including:
• Pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Agreements and security instruments.
• Attend hearings and trials as required.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Active license in two or more specified states.
• Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills.
• Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with a remote team.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and personal accountability.
• Persistent, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Confidence to take ownership of outcomes from beginning to end.
• Willingness to travel for in-person hearings, firm trainings, meetings, and other firm-sponsored events.
