MSP Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create thorough project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Supervise project execution to ensure timely completion and adherence to scope.

• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a team of project coordinators.

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects.

• Formulate and execute change management strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Allocate and oversee project resources efficiently.

• Recognize potential risks and issues that could affect project outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar discipline.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.

• Training or certification in Change Management.

• At least 7 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position overseeing project managers.

• Deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and change initiatives concurrently.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Experience in a collaborative and cross-functional work environment.
