MSD Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

• Oversee the migration of CRM systems from Dynamics CRM On-Premise (8.2/9.1) to Dynamics 365 Online.

• Create and execute CRM customizations, workflows, business rules, and automation solutions.

• Build and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript-based extensions for CRM.

• Plan and execute large-scale data migrations using industry-leading practices.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications through REST APIs, Web Services, and various integration frameworks.

• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to provide scalable CRM solutions.

• Assist with deployment, release management, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Strong practical knowledge of both Dynamics CRM Online and On-Premise versions.

• Demonstrated experience in migrating CRM from On-Premise to Dynamics 365 Online.

• Proficiency in CRM Solution Design and Architecture.

• Direct experience with CRM Customizations, Workflows, Business Rules, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

• In-depth understanding of Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and JavaScript for CRM.

• Familiarity with tools and strategies for large-volume data migration.

• Extensive integration experience utilizing REST APIs and Web Services.

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product roadmap and licensing model.
