MS Dynamics Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).

• Configure Dynamics modules to align with business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and automated processes.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems utilizing APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate).

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications and solutions.

• Conduct unit testing, assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), and oversee the deployment of customizations and updates.

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution.

• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and operational processes.

• Ensure that solutions comply with Microsoft best practices, regulatory requirements, and established security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform).

• Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integration tools.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively with both technical and business partners.
