MRI Technologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manages the ROCC Magnetic Resonance operations at SimonMed Imaging facilities within their designated region.

• Proficient in conducting all basic and advanced imaging procedures while providing assistance to onsite positioning technologists as necessary.

• Reviews the order for complete details, appropriate exams, and schedules as required.

• Gathers adequate information to ascertain the priority of the exams performed.

• Executes MR procedures at a technical level that does not necessitate constant oversight of technical specifics.

• Operates equipment safely and upholds SimonMed's standards while conducting various procedures, adhering to protocols, QA guidelines, and regulatory standards.

• Works under the general supervision of the ROCC MR Lead.

• Engages appropriately with patients, staff, and all healthcare providers.

• Possesses knowledge of magnetic resonance imaging techniques and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• MRI certification and registration are required.

• A valid ARRT or ARMRIT certification is necessary.

• A current "Hands On" CPR certification is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in the field or a related area is needed.
