This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assists customers in a fast-paced call center setting through phone, chat, and email communications.
• Aids customers in booking, modifying, rescheduling, and/or canceling Moving Help services.
• Effectively addresses customer issues and concerns.
• Consistently maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers.
• Responds swiftly to customer inquiries.
• Processes, rebooks, and alters customer orders as needed.
• Keeps thorough records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Offers insights on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by providing exemplary customer support.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Capability to remain composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers, demonstrating sympathy, empathy, and compassion.
• Intermediate proficiency in keyboarding and computer skills.
• Ability to navigate and utilize multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• Active and attentive listening skills.
• Prior experience in customer support roles is preferred.
