Motion Graphics Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms.

• Design animated visuals for promotional content, social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, and various marketing materials.

• Partner with creative directors, video editors, designers, and marketing teams to craft compelling visual ideas.

• Edit video content by integrating motion graphics, transitions, typography, and visual effects.

• Produce storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts tailored to project specifications.

• Ensure all creative materials align with brand standards and campaign goals.

• Optimize animations and graphics for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.

• Remain up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in motion design and animation.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

• Modify designs based on stakeholder feedback and guarantee high-quality final outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects.

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator.

• Background in Graphic Design.

• Experience in Motion Graphics and Motion Design.

• Familiarity with creating MOGRTs for Premiere Pro (Motion Graphics Templates), including the development of modular, reusable templates for customization by other editors.

• Proficient in vector illustrations.

• Experience animating vector illustrations in Adobe After Effects, particularly logos.

• Strong skills in typography and kinetic type.

• Proven experience designing motion graphics for vertical (9:16) social formats (Reels, TikTok, Stories), including safe zones for platform UI overlays.

• Experienced in adhering to established brand guidelines across multiple client brands simultaneously.

• Experience working asynchronously with a remote/distributed creative team, utilizing project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Frame.io) for feedback.

• Organized file and asset management practices.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop.

• Experience in syncing motion/animation to music or audio beats.

• Basic knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D, Element 3D).
