Motion Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and animate motion graphics focused on products for various platforms including web, app, and marketing channels.

• Produce editorial animations and visual materials that adhere to brand guidelines and align with campaign goals.

• Work alongside product, marketing, and design teams to transform ideas into engaging animated experiences.

• Sustain and develop a cohesive visual language across all motion graphics content.

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring high-quality delivery within established deadlines.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques in motion design.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design.

• Demonstrated experience in motion graphics design, with a robust portfolio showcasing both product and editorial projects.

• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma; familiarity with alternative platforms like Jitter is a plus.

• Strong grasp of animation principles, motion typography, and visual storytelling.

• Experience with Lottie or similar formats for delivering web and app animations is a plus.

• B2+ level proficiency in English (both written and spoken), with the capability to work effectively with international teams.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or legal tech sectors is a desirable advantage.
