This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Produce comprehensive educational videos by utilizing Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Integrate voiceovers, live-action clips, motion graphics, text, diagrams, and various visual elements into polished final videos.
• Modify 2D motion graphics according to predefined templates and brand guidelines.
• Align animations, graphics, and visual transitions with recorded voiceovers.
• Execute the desired visual direction based on finalized scripts and storyboards.
• Edit live-action footage and seamlessly weave it into motion graphics-focused videos.
• Ensure consistent pacing, timing, visual hierarchy, and spatial composition throughout the videos.
• Incorporate feedback from the production team in a timely and accurate manner.
• Oversee revisions and version control for multiple projects concurrently.
• Deliver final outputs in accordance with specified technical standards.
• Perform quality-control assessments to detect visual errors, timing discrepancies, missing assets, incorrect text, audio synchronization issues, or other technical inconsistencies.
• Create, edit, organize, and maintain graphic assets and project documentation.
• Adhere to established file naming conventions, organization protocols, and production workflows.
• Manage the upload and download of substantial project files and video assets via Google Drive and other production platforms.
• Collaborate with the team using Frame.io, Slack, Google Drive, and ClickUp.
• Participate in a daily production meeting at 9:30 a.m. Central Time and additional project-review sessions as required.
• Manage deadlines effectively and communicate proactively regarding progress, inquiries, or potential delays.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in motion design, animation, and video editing.
• Foster a positive atmosphere within a collaborative, feedback-driven remote team.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, animation, or a similar discipline.
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant motion graphics and video editing work.
• High level of proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Proven expertise in 2D motion graphics, animation, and visual design.
• Strong skills in keyframing, timing, transitions, pacing, and spatial composition.
• Experience in editing live-action footage and integrating it with motion graphics.
• Capability to interpret and implement completed scripts and storyboards effectively.
• Keen attention to visual and technical details.
• Ability to manage up to three videos at various production stages.
• Excellent organizational and file management abilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for uploading and downloading large video and project files.
