Motion, Digital Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Create and execute motion graphics for product launches, campaigns, social media, advertisements, and explanatory videos.

• Establish a motion design system and toolkit that maintains consistency while providing flexibility as we grow.

• Enhance key product moments with clear and well-crafted motion that conveys value effectively.

• Collaborate closely with various teams to brainstorm ideas and bring them to fruition.

• Develop brand and web experiences from initial concepts to refined execution.

• Design and iterate on our website, campaign landing pages, and interactive brand experiences.

• Contribute to and uphold our Webflow-based design system.

• Create interactions, motion, and prototypes that facilitate understanding and navigation of ideas.

• Work autonomously on a variety of brand and web challenges while upholding a high standard of quality.

• Utilize Webflow as a key component of your workflow (experience with custom components is advantageous).

• A motion-first mindset, grounded in visual design principles and storytelling.

• A portfolio showcasing thoughtful, high-quality work in brand, product, and marketing domains.

• Proficiency in software such as Webflow, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Jitter, Screen Studio, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Comfort in receiving and integrating feedback, coupled with clear and open communication skills.

• Experience in creating marketing and sales materials (such as presentations, event collateral, social media content, etc.).

• Prior experience designing for B2B or technology products is highly desirable.

• An interest in AI tools and their potential to enhance and support creative workflows.

• Strong instincts for interaction design, motion graphics, and narrative structure.

• A keen eye for detail, consistency, and overall visual quality.
