Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Proactively generate, direct, and enhance AI video, voice, and image assets utilizing advanced pipelines (Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, etc.) to produce high-converting video advertisements.

• Design visually engaging animations and videos across various platforms and ad formats, including newer or less conventional options.

• Create captivating transitions, typography, visual effects, and compositing sequences.

• Ensure consistency with visual brand direction while allowing for creative experimentation.

• Enhance emotional storytelling to boost performance, focusing on substance over mere polish.

• Keep abreast of emerging motion trends, mobile-first formats, and platform-specific best practices.

• Collaborate closely with the broader creative and growth teams to transform ideas into impactful visuals.

• Take responsibility for your workflow — from concept through to final render — with speed and flexibility.

• Bring innovative ideas to the table during ideation, testing, and iteration cycles across multiple simultaneous projects.

• Assist in developing efficient workflows, templates, or lightweight automation in response to the rapid pace of testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in performance marketing or a dynamic creative setting.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse motion range and a mobile-first perspective.

• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (Figma knowledge is a plus).

• Familiarity with or interest in AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms.

• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapidly evolving environment.

• Understanding of creative performance metrics and a passion for creating ads that yield results.

• Comfortable communicating in English with international colleagues (including text syncs, asset sharing, and feedback) and able to learn from global technical resources with ease.

• An interest in health, wellness, or mission-driven products is an advantage.
