Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Become a Motion Designer with us and contribute to bringing our brand to life through video and motion.

• You will oversee projects from initial concept to final execution, creating engaging, brand-aligned narratives across various marketing, branding, and product touchpoints.

• With a keen editorial perspective and strong motion design expertise, you will ensure our visual language remains cohesive, assist in establishing our motion principles, and seek innovative methods to produce and scale video content, including utilizing AI-driven workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in motion design and video production, showcasing a robust portfolio that reflects genuine ownership across branding, marketing, and product touchpoints.

• Ability to work autonomously, managing your own tasks and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Strong comprehension of brand marketing, capable of transforming guidelines into consistent motion applications across campaigns and channels.

• Proficient hands-on skills in motion design and video editing, with expertise in software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro, along with a keen sense of storytelling, pacing, and sound design.

• Confident in collaborating across departments, able to articulate your creative process to marketing teams and other stakeholders.

• Comfortable in supporting or informally mentoring other designers or collaborators, even without formal management responsibilities.

• Inquisitive and flexible with new tools and technologies, including AI-powered workflows, always striving for smarter work methodologies.
