This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more countries.
• Create engaging design assets such as advertising sets and landing pages, supported by data to enhance digital marketing KPIs.
• Develop motion graphics and concise short-form video edits optimized for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Transform existing video materials into high-performing ad units tailored to platform requirements, aspect ratios, and viewer attention spans.
• Work in conjunction with the media and content teams to ensure motion creative aligns with audience insights and campaign objectives.
• Uphold brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while creatively adapting to various audience segments and platforms.
• Partner with internal and client teams to comprehend business objectives, target audiences, and additional data points to facilitate the development of A/B tests and data-driven designs.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments utilizing CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg.
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and heat mapping analyses to collect insights and validate design choices.
• Continuously iterate and enhance designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing results.
• Oversee multiple design projects concurrently while effectively communicating with project management and other internal stakeholders to provide project status updates, address feedback, and ensure their requirements are met.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO and user experience design.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on performance-driven creative and CRO.
• 1 year of experience in motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective teamwork across various functions.
• Understanding and application of performance marketing metrics such as A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, and Heatmapping, along with experience designing for performance-driven campaigns.
• Committed to staying ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can improve marketing and operations.
• 🏠 We offer a set living wage at Directive; the annual base salary range for this position in the US is $70,000 - $90,000 USD. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual compensation may vary based on Directive's pay practices, job-related skills, and level of experience.
