This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the Company's licensed mortgage functions in Utah.

• Oversee mortgage operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise licensed mortgage loan originators in Utah.

• Deliver competitive market insights regarding products, pricing, marketing, and other go-to-market strategies for the business.

• Offer subject matter expertise on all elements of the digital lead generation HELOC business.

• Serve as the Company's designated manager for Utah mortgage licensing activities, ensuring adherence to federal and state mortgage lending laws, NMLS requirements, and state-specific operational and licensing responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Utah Lending Manager license, or have the ability to obtain and maintain one, as necessary.

• Capability to be appointed as the Principal Lending Manager for the Company and uphold Licensed Lending Manager status at all times.

• Required minimum experience as stipulated by the Utah Department of Commerce - Division of Real Estate to qualify as the licensed Utah Lending Manager.

• Proven understanding of federal mortgage regulations and Utah mortgage licensing standards.

• Experience in supervising licensed mortgage operations and/or licensed MLOs.

• Ability to secure and retain active applicable state licensure through NMLS.
