Mortgage Operations Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee a Mortgage/Consumer Lending department by managing a team of supervisors and/or operations managers to ensure operational efficiency.

• Accountable for planning, leadership, problem-solving, analysis, and reporting for the designated department.

• Develop and implement innovative methods and procedures to enhance daily operations.

• Collaborate and communicate with operations staff effectively.

• Assist with the annual budgeting process and maintain financial accountability for the department/unit.

• Exercise standard managerial authority regarding staffing, conducting performance evaluations, making promotion and salary recommendations, and handling terminations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, OR alternatively, four to five years of relevant experience.

• At least four years of experience in operations.

• Minimum of four years in a supervisory or management role.

• A Master's Degree is preferred.
