Mortgage Loan Processor, Client-Facing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Oversee residential loan files from the application stage to closing.

• Gather, assess, and confirm the accuracy and completeness of borrower documentation.

• Engage directly with clients to request necessary documents and provide updates on status.

• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to efficiently advance files.

• Ensure that files comply with all guidelines and submission standards.

• Keep organized digital records and regularly update CRM/loan systems.

• Actively identify and resolve any issues that could affect closing timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in loan processing, mortgage support, or a comparable administrative/client-facing position.

• Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to handle multiple loan files and deadlines concurrently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a clear and professional manner.

• Prior remote work experience is essential. Candidates must be proficient with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar) and should ideally have experience with US or UK-based companies. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered.

• Background in real estate, mortgage lending, or home loan processing.

• Proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written.

• Experience as a virtual assistant supporting client-facing teams.

• Familiarity with US mortgage documentation and lending terminology.
