Mortgage Loan Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare and package loan applications for residential, commercial, and asset finance.

• Gather, review, and organize necessary supporting documents.

• Submit applications to lenders and track their progress.

• Follow up with lenders, Business Development Managers (BDMs), solicitors, accountants, and clients.

• Maintain precise records within CRM systems.

• Order valuations and monitor outstanding requirements.

• Assist with settlements and manage post-settlement administration tasks.

• Communicate with clients via email and phone.

• Provide regular updates regarding the status of loan applications.

• Schedule appointments and oversee broker calendars.

• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.

• Maintain electronic files for clients.

• Ensure that all documents are complete and compliant with regulations.

• Assist with requirements from lenders and aggregators.

• Prepare supporting documents for credit assessments.

• Help schedule content for social media platforms.

• Manage the client database and follow-up campaigns.

• Support communications with referral partners.

• Assist in the creation of presentations and marketing materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker.

• Strong comprehension of Australian residential lending processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Highly desirable: experience in commercial lending.

• Highly desirable: experience in asset and equipment finance.

• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Mercury Nexus, Infynity, Salestrekker, MyCRM, or similar platforms.

• Experience interacting with Australian lenders and aggregators.
