• Leverage expertise in banking and lending to provide guidance to UMB clients regarding their mortgage requirements.

• Employ persuasive sales techniques to develop a robust pipeline and successfully convert leads into clients.

• Utilize strong interpersonal abilities to foster relationships and attract new clients.

• Apply effective communication skills to keep clients informed about the status of their mortgage loan applications.

• A high school diploma or its equivalent.

• Demonstrable experience with a significant volume of mortgage sales.

• Registration with NMLS.
