This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead, develop, and originate mortgage loans via branches, builders, and realtors.
• Conduct interviews with mortgage loan applicants.
• Process loan applications submitted by customers.
• Forward the applicant's file to processors in the centralized loan support area.
• Address referrals from branch staff and other sources.
• Aid in gathering additional information or data as requested by processors.
• Promote and cross-sell all bank products and services.
• MUST reside in CA ONLY - Preference for candidates local to Orange County.
• MUST possess 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending or sales.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required; an MBA or Master's Degree is preferred.
• Essential qualities include creativity, flexibility, integrity, and a strong commitment to customer support.
• Ability to work independently while exercising significant judgment is required.
• Must maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
