⛳️ Requirements

• A valid, approved STATE NMLS license is essential.

• A meticulous approach combined with proven, thoughtful decision-making capabilities.

• The discipline to uphold all mortgage licenses by fulfilling required annual continuing education.

• A comprehensive understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.

• Proficient in using technical systems and software, such as Encompass.

• Up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and compliance matters pertinent to the mortgage sector.

• The ability and enthusiasm to maintain and expand a network of prospects, clients, Realtors, and referral partners.

• Being bilingual is considered a significant advantage (A PLUS!).
