This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Become a part of our team as Mortgage Loan Officers/Originators (MLOs).

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and identifying their needs.

• Assist clients in realizing their dreams of homeownership.

• Effectively manage a successful pipeline and collect necessary documentation in a timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid, approved STATE NMLS license is required.

• A meticulous approach combined with proven, thoughtful decision-making abilities.

• The commitment to maintain all mortgage licenses by fulfilling mandatory annual continuing education requirements.

• A comprehensive understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.

• Proficiency in using technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.

• Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance matters pertinent to the mortgage industry.

• The ability and enthusiasm to cultivate and expand a network of prospects, clients, Realtors, and referral partners.

• Being bilingual is considered a significant advantage (A PLUS!).
