This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Become a valued member of our team as Mortgage Loan Officers/Originators (MLOs).

• Interact with clients to assist them in fulfilling their aspirations of homeownership.

• Oversee a successful pipeline while efficiently gathering necessary documentation.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing client needs and recommending appropriate mortgage products.

• Achieve individual monthly sales targets to enhance the team's overall success.

• Develop and expand a professional network to generate business independently and ensure long-term growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A currently active and approved STATE NMLS license is required.

• A meticulous approach paired with proven, thoughtful decision-making abilities.

• The commitment to uphold all mortgage licenses by completing required annual continuing education.

• A strong working knowledge of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.

• Proficiency in using technical systems and software, such as Encompass.

• Up-to-date understanding of regulatory, policy, and compliance matters relevant to the mortgage sector.

• The capability and enthusiasm to cultivate and expand a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.

• Being bilingual is considered a valuable asset (A PLUS!).
