Mortgage Loan Officer – Wholesale Non-Delegated Lender

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Structure and secure deals within Arive.

• Oversee all lead activities and follow-ups utilizing HubSpot CRM.

• Leverage AI automation to ensure consistent engagement with Realtors and borrowers.

• Collaborate with your operations team via Slack.

• Ensure the closure of clean files adhering to our 14-day workflow.

• Manage a variety of lending programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, DSCR, and Private lending.

• Create your own book of business, develop your systems, and establish a Realtor referral network, with our assistance in setting everything up.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active NMLS license in good standing.

• At least 2 years of experience in loan origination.

• A minimum production threshold of $1M per month.

• Proficient understanding of various loan products.

• Strong discipline in follow-up and CRM management.

• Technological proficiency with Arive, HubSpot, Slack, Box, and Outlook.

• A solid follow-up discipline (we expect a score of 8/10 or higher).

• Must be adept with digital systems, including HubSpot, Arive, and Slack.

• Experience in purchase business is preferred.
