Mortgage Loan Officer – VA, MD, NC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Promote mortgage banking products and services to both individual and corporate clients

• Seek and engage new business opportunities

• Carry out assessments of client needs

• Offer mortgage solutions tailored to client requirements

• Oversee the loan origination process

• Establish and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners

• Identify and create revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing strategies, and mortgage product development plans

• Seek out and negotiate strategic partnerships, including Realtor/builder collaborations, affinity programs, and referral agreements

• Prioritize and monitor investments in new mortgage product development initiatives

• Manage projects and/or integrate new business concepts or acquisitions

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required; a combination of education and experience may be considered

• Typically requires 0–2+ years of prior experience, with a comprehensive understanding of the field

• May necessitate obtaining and/or maintaining NMLS registration

• Capability to work in VA, MD, or NC as indicated by the role title and stated remote location
