Mortgage Loan Officer, Tidewater Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Market and sell mortgage banking products and services to both individual and corporate clients.

• Identify and pursue fresh business opportunities.

• Conduct assessments to determine client needs.

• Present tailored mortgage solutions to clients.

• Oversee the loan origination process from start to finish.

• Establish and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners.

• Identify and develop revenue models, sales and distribution channels, pricing strategies, and new mortgage product development plans.

• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, including connections with realtors/builders, affinity programs, and referral agreements.

• Prioritize and monitor investments in new mortgage product development initiatives.

• Manage projects and integrate innovative business ideas or acquisitions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required; a combination of education and experience may be considered equivalent.

• Typically requires 0–2+ years of relevant experience, with a broad understanding of the industry.

• May necessitate obtaining and/or maintaining NMLS registration.

• Must be located in or operate from the Tidewater Market, Virginia / Remote - VA arrangement.
