Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Initiate and oversee mortgage loan purchases from application to closing, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

• Transform company-generated purchase leads into funded loans through proactive outreach and effective borrower consultation.

• Foster robust relationships with clients and local partners.

• Manage a dynamic pipeline while achieving productivity benchmarks and funding goals.

• Utilize Zillow’s CRM and loan origination systems to oversee pipeline health and enhance customer engagement.

• Collaborate with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to facilitate efficient loan processing.

• Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience across various communication channels.

• Remain updated on market trends, lending programs, and regulatory requirements to offer customized financing solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of mortgage origination experience, particularly focused on purchase transactions.

• Active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or functioning as a Loan Originator under a federal bank license.

• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful completion of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.

• Demonstrated success in originating purchase loans in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment or within an agent-centric referral model.

• Strong client service orientation complemented by consultative sales abilities.

• Proficient in CRM, LOS, and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
