Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a top-notch loan officer team

• Acquire practical experience, mentorship, and access to genuine mortgage leads

• Develop strategies and provide mentorship to fellow loan officers

• Design marketing materials with the guidance of the marketing and compliance teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability: Immediate

• Obtaining an NMLS license is necessary before starting

• Interest in business management, marketing, sales, or finance

• Background in finance and/or client relationships is preferred, but not mandatory

• Proficiency in cloud-based technologies, web platforms, and MS Office applications

• Outgoing demeanor; capable of communicating with clients over the phone and in person

• Must pass background and compliance checks, as well as licensing examinations

• Basic math skills are required; advanced mathematical abilities are advantageous

• All candidates must reside in Minnesota for this role.
