Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Effectively present and communicate the company's loan products and services;

• Assist clients in accurately completing loan applications and all required documentation;

• Perform comprehensive reviews of client financial information to confirm loan eligibility;

• Consistently follow up with clients to ensure ongoing communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• NMLS License is mandatory;

• Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products;

• Experience with Hard Money is a plus;

• DRE License is advantageous.
