Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Effectively present and communicate the company's loan products and services;

• Assist clients in the completion of loan applications along with all required documentation;

• Perform comprehensive reviews of client financial details to confirm loan eligibility;

• Consistently follow up with clients to ensure progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• NMLS License is mandatory;

• Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products is essential;

• Experience in Hard Money lending is an advantage;

• DRE License is a plus.
