This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of developing a customer base within your designated market.
• Offer clients informed advice and recommend loan products that align with their objectives and requirements.
• Assess loan applications and supporting documents by verifying creditworthiness.
• Set and achieve personal sales volume targets.
• Identify and build connections with Realtors, Builders, and Financial Service Professionals.
• Engage in proactive marketing to prospects and existing clients.
• Maintain a strong presence among local housing professionals and industry organizations.
• Continuously build and sustain a pipeline of new clients.
• Conduct educational workshops within your market.
• Stay informed about industry developments by attending educational events, reading industry publications, expanding personal networks, and engaging in professional associations.
• Remain knowledgeable about company policies and procedures, monitor for potential issues, and assist in minimizing risk to the organization.
• At least 1 year of experience in loan origination.
• A monthly volume of $500k or more.
• A current NMLS license is mandatory.
• Proficient understanding of loan products and pricing strategies.
