This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee loan files from start to finish with minimal oversight, from application to settlement.
• Prepare compliant loan applications and facilitate deals through to settlement.
• Conduct thorough bank statement analyses — accurately recognizing income, expenses, dishonours, gambling behaviors, and actual living costs.
• Execute credit checks, gather income information, and create comprehensive loan proposals.
• Prepare and maintain essential documentation, including Game Plan documents and AOLs.
• Correctly name, verify, and organize supporting documents in accordance with compliance standards.
• Update and manage CRM records, ensuring proper uploading, renaming, and version control of documents.
• Confidently communicate with clients, lenders, and third parties throughout the loan process.
• Coordinate post-settlement tasks, including conducting annual reviews and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Issue and manage "Hello Book" documentation to facilitate client onboarding.
• Stay informed about lender policies, credit regulations, and industry developments.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to promote operational efficiency.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in mortgage broking or loan processing — experience in the Australian market is highly preferred (non-negotiable).
• Demonstrated success in independently managing end-to-end loan lodgements with minimal supervision (non-negotiable).
• Proficient in using ApplyOnline or comparable broker loan platforms.
• Strong experience with MyCRM — actively utilized within the last year, with at least 2 years of practical experience (non-negotiable).
• Advanced skills in bank statement analysis — capable of interpreting complex financial behaviors rather than merely following a checklist.
• Proven ability to handle a high-volume pipeline without sacrificing quality.
• Strong working knowledge of loan packaging, servicing, pricing, and credit checks.
• Experience with various lending products including home, commercial, equipment, and car loans.
• Clear and confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
