Mortgage Broker Assistant, MyCRM, BrokerEngine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive Loan Processing: Oversee the entire lifecycle of loan applications, from initial data entry to settlement, ensuring that all documentation is precise and compliant.

• Client Relationship Management & Pipeline Oversight: Keep client records updated in MyCRM and Broker Engine, ensuring the pipeline remains organized and that milestones are achieved.

• Lender Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for lenders and credit assessors, tracking application statuses, addressing inquiries, and facilitating quicker approvals.

• Client Engagement: Deliver consistent and proactive updates to clients throughout the application process, upholding our firm’s commitment to transparency and exceptional service.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of supporting documents (such as payslips and bank statements) to ensure alignment with specific lender credit policies and internal standards.

• Administrative Assistance: Support Brokers in preparing Compliance Documents (SOCA/NCCP) and help optimize office workflows to enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a Loan Processing or Mortgage Broker Support position within the Australian mortgage sector.

• Software Expertise: Proven proficiency in MyCRM and Broker Engine; this is an essential requirement for this position.

• Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of the complete residential lending process and the current compliance regulations (NCCP).

• NICE TO HAVE (not required):

• Education: Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred) or comparable industry experience.
