This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Examine and validate client income documentation, credit reports, and related information.
• Request and monitor property appraisals, pricing, and other lender-specific requirements.
• Execute servicing calculators and create product comparisons.
• Organize funding positions and evaluate client living expenses.
• Draft comprehensive broker notes and ensure precise loan file maintenance.
• Assess borrowing capacity and assist in the preparation of compliance paperwork.
• Address lender inquiries, including minor MIRS (Mortgage Information Requests).
• Oversee files throughout all phases — from pre-assessment to settlement.
• Collaborate with clients to gather missing documents or clarify details.
• Interact with lenders, solicitors, and other parties to guarantee timely progress.
• Provide updates to brokers and clients regarding the status of applications.
• Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients throughout the process.
• Monitor loan progress, delivery timelines, and application follow-ups.
• Handle email and phone communications for the broker.
• Update CRM systems, client records, and internal tracking tools.
• Assist sales representatives with administrative duties as necessary.
• Generate reports, summaries, and pipeline updates for management.
• Additional task: potential to manage social media for the business.
• Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 1-2 years in mortgage processing, lending, or financial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with Australian lenders and mortgage products is essential.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of broker systems and loan platforms (Mercury, ApplyOnline).
• Strong grasp of loan structures, banking, and finance concepts.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and precision in data entry and document preparation.
• Exceptional communicator: articulate, polished, and personable in both written and verbal communications.
