Mortgage Branch Field Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates through various sourcing methods to support branch/cost-center business growth.

• Evaluate candidates by examining resumes and applications, and conducting initial phone interviews.

• Conduct reference checks as required.

• Keep updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

• Oversee the complete interview, selection, and hiring process.

• Ensure that screening, hiring, and selection procedures adhere to employment laws and regulations.

• Recruit Real Estate Agents (REMLO) into the REMLO Program.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to the REMLO Division Business Development Representative.

• Create and share social media content related to the REMLO program.

• Coach, mentor, and provide training to REMLOs via webinars and other platforms.

• Achieve branch/cost-center hiring objectives while ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or human resources.

• Over 2 years of recent experience in recruitment.

• Strong functional knowledge of applicant tracking systems/HRIS is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of labor and employment laws, as well as EEOC requirements.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.

• Professional communication skills (e.g., phone calls, emails, etc.).

• Ability to establish rapport with hiring managers.

• Unquestionable integrity.

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

• Must adhere to relevant employment laws and regulations.
