Mortgage Associate/Broker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships to secure mortgage transactions

• Utilize workflow automation to cultivate the client pipeline and pinpoint opportunities

• Assist clients throughout the mortgage application process

• Implement Equifax soft credit checks

• Collect the necessary documentation from clients

• Manage compliance and FINTRAC reporting requirements

• Utilize in-house resources for client intake, document collection, and appraisal scheduling

• Keep referral partners updated with automated status notifications

• Employ marketing and lead-nurturing tools to attract and convert potential clients

• Engage in training sessions, performance coaching, and one-on-one deal assistance

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of $10M in mortgage originations within the last 12 months

• At least 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Associate/Broker or Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union

• Capability to self-source the majority or all of your leads

• Must reside in Alberta, Canada

• Acknowledgment that this position operates on a commission-only basis with no guaranteed salary or base
