Mortgage Associate/Broker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients while finalizing mortgage agreements.

• Utilize Perch’s platform to enhance workflow efficiency and simplify mortgage application processes.

• Assist clients throughout the application process and utilize Equifax soft credit checks.

• Request and manage documentation from clients effectively.

• Ensure compliance and handle FINTRAC reporting duties.

• Collaborate with dedicated support staff responsible for client intake, document collection, and appraisal scheduling.

• Keep referral partners updated with automated status notifications.

• Implement marketing campaigns and lead nurturing tools to engage and convert prospective clients.

• Engage in training sessions, performance coaching, best-practice advice, and one-on-one deal support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have originated at least $10 million in mortgages over the past 12 months.

• A minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Associate/Broker or Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union is required.

• Proven ability to generate most or all leads independently.

• Candidates must be located in Saskatchewan, Canada.
