Mortgage Associate/Broker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish connections and finalize mortgage agreements

• Utilize Perch’s automated systems to cultivate the client pipeline and spot opportunities

• Assist clients throughout the mortgage application journey

• Employ Equifax soft credit assessments

• Automatically request the necessary client documentation

• Manage compliance and FINTRAC reporting

• Collaborate with internal support for client intake, document collection, and appraisal scheduling

• Keep referral partners updated through automated status notifications

• Aid Canadians in making informed mortgage choices and accessing home equity

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of $10M in mortgages originated over the past 12 months

• At least 2 years of uninterrupted experience as a licensed Mortgage Associate/Broker or Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union

• Capability to independently generate most or all leads

• Required mortgage licensing for the Mortgage Associate/Broker pathway

• Must reside in New Brunswick, Canada

• Recognize that this is a competitive commission-based position with no salary or base pay
