Mortgage Agent/Broker – Ontario

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish connections and finalize mortgage agreements

• Assist Canadian homeowners in making mortgage and home-equity choices

• Utilize Perch’s auto-adjudication engine to align clients with lender alternatives

• Automate the nurturing of the client pipeline and uncover new prospects

• Support clients throughout the mortgage application process

• Integrate Equifax soft credit evaluations

• Automatically request necessary client documentation

• Manage compliance and FINTRAC reporting responsibilities

• Utilize in-house resources for client intake, document collection, and appraisal scheduling

• Provide automated status updates to referral partners

• Employ marketing campaigns and lead-nurture tools to draw in and convert clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Have originated a minimum of $10M in mortgages over the past 12 months

• Possess at least 2 years of uninterrupted experience as a licensed Mortgage Agent/Broker or Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union

• Proven capability to self-generate the majority or all of leads

• Must be residing in Ontario, Canada

• Must recognize that this position is commission-based with no guaranteed salary or base
