This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engaging with pre-qualified leads generated via the company's digital platform.

• Offering comprehensive mortgage advice that is customized to each client's distinct circumstances.

• Overseeing a high-volume pipeline of over 15 applications each month utilizing user-friendly, advisor-designed software.

• Establishing authentic relationships with clients, ensuring they remain informed and confident throughout the process.

• Collaborating closely with case managers and administrators to guarantee smooth application processing.

• Keeping up-to-date with mortgage products, lender criteria, and regulatory standards.

• Achieving outstanding results while meeting performance objectives and adhering to compliance requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• CeMAP Certification (or an equivalent qualification) - mandatory.

• At least 18 months of experience as a Mortgage Advisor in whole-of-market settings.

• Demonstrated success in managing over 15 mortgage applications monthly.

• In-depth knowledge of residential mortgage products, including Buy-to-Let, remortgage, and purchase scenarios.

• Experience handling B2C inquiries and navigating various lender criteria.

• Excellent communication abilities - you simplify complex information and build trust swiftly.
