⛳️ Requirements

• Full CeMAP: You are a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor with an impeccable regulatory record.

• High-Volume Experience: You possess a proven history of high-velocity submissions and excel in a fast-paced environment. (Minimum of 18 months of active advising experience)

• Tech-Fluent Mindset: You embrace AI, data, and innovative workflows to enhance speed and accuracy.

• The "Mojo" Attitude: You are ambitious, data-savvy, and fatigued by the traditional approach to broking.

• Customer Excellence: You have the ability to quickly establish rapport and uphold our 4.7/5 Trustpilot rating.
