• Providing expert, comprehensive mortgage advice in a friendly and approachable manner.

• Leveraging our AI-enhanced platform to streamline administration and quickly identify the right product.

• Assisting clients confidently and compassionately throughout the mortgage process.

• Establishing enduring relationships and offering continuous support beyond the initial mortgage.

• Ensuring compliance is maintained with the support of our systems and resources.

• Sharing insights, engaging in ongoing learning, and contributing to team objectives.

• Working collaboratively with a motivated and supportive team dedicated to transforming the finance experience.

• CeMAP qualified with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser (broker, IFA, or estate agency).

• Confident in providing advice across the entire market.

• Comfortable with technology and eager to utilize tools that minimize administrative tasks.

• Thrives in a dynamic, remote-first work environment.
