Monitoring Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Respond to requests received through various channels related to merchant account validation, fraud alerts, and post-onboarding configurations.

• Validate linked merchant accounts, adhering to established processes and timelines.

• Monitor transactions using Bold tools to mitigate the risk of fraud.

• Address escalation requests from Sales and Support departments.

• Update data as requested by linked merchants.

• Handle requests from acquiring banks and networks.

• Manage and follow up on the reversal process.

• Communicate incidents related to information security.

• Contribute to the achievement of the department's OKRs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma, technical degree, or student in business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.

• Over 2 years of experience in transactional monitoring within financial entities, banks, or similar sectors.

• Knowledge of monitoring tools.

• Availability to work in 24/7 shifts.
