Monday.com Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Monday.com Solutions Architect and Implementation Manager for various Monday.com projects.

• Facilitate client calls and discussions.

• Conduct initial client kickoff meetings to identify necessary builds in Monday.com.

• Design and construct clients’ Monday.com platforms along with essential integrations.

• Oversee project management and establish milestone dates in collaboration with clients.

• Develop and implement systems effectively.

• Conduct training sessions for clients.

• Expand licenses as necessary.

• Manage implementations and collaborate with junior support team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Monday.com Solutions Architect and Implementation Manager for Monday.com projects.

• Demonstrated experience in leading client calls.

• Background in conducting client kickoff meetings and identifying required builds for Monday.com.

• Expertise in designing and constructing Monday.com platforms along with baseline integrations.

• Experience in managing projects and setting milestone dates in coordination with clients.

• Proficient in running training meetings for clients.

• Experience in managing implementations and working alongside junior support staff.

• Familiarity with building architecture as a Monday.com solutions architect.

• Knowledge of Monday.com automations, integrations, and CRMs.

• Experience in managing Monday.com projects and providing end-user training.

• Monday.com certification is preferred.

• Proficient video and audio setup for client video calls is a plus.

• Experience with Make, Zapier, and N8N is advantageous.

• An English resume is required and must adhere to the specified Coconut VA Profile format.

• An English proficiency rating/CEFR level is required in the application.
