⛳️ Requirements

• A strong willingness to learn, demonstrated by a (minimum) bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or 5+ years of relevant experience. Ongoing professional development including obtaining pertinent Microsoft certifications is essential.

• This role necessitates keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in modern workplace solutions, particularly those involving SharePoint, Copilot, and the Microsoft technology stack.

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the Office 365 collaboration suite: experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Groups, OneDrive, and Teams planning, implementation, migration, security, and governance.

• Familiarity with PowerShell, including native Microsoft Office 365 modules and community modules such as PNP and PowerShell.

• Ability to engage with clients professionally, demonstrating technical expertise while understanding their business objectives and workflows, and providing recommendations to improve collaboration, productivity, and security.

• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Capable of managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, whether independently or as part of a small team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing client needs.

• Comprehend enterprise-scale systems built on Microsoft technologies, both on-premises and in cloud-based environments.

• Experience in migrating file shares, SharePoint, and cloud-based file repositories to Office 365.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
